Frequently Asked Questions
Either email, text or call me and we can discuss your needs and whether my services might be of benefit to you.
How will I know if counselling is right for me?
It is important to feel comfortable and safe with your therapist and an initial meeting will help to establish that.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on what your needs are. Some people find that after a few sessions they have some clarity and focus and are ready to end the work. Other people value the ongoing support and relationship and will continue to come for months, or even years. We will work together to establish how long is right for you and we will review your therapy on a regular basis.
How often are the sessions?
Sessions are usually weekly and last for 50 minutes. By mutual agreement, we will arrange a day and time which then becomes your 'personal space' for therapy.
What will it cost?
A one to one session of therapy lasts for 50 minutes and costs £60 per hour in Surrey and £120 per hour in London.
Cancellations and re-scheduling
